These terms govern your use of Voxhive. By using the service you agree to them.
Voxhive is operated by PurplePM Ltd ("Voxhive", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 11787029), registered office Arboris, New Road Hill, Midgham, Reading, RG7 5RY. You can reach us at marc@voxhive.co.uk.
Voxhive receives content you send by WhatsApp, generates a social media post from it, and, where you authorise it, publishes that post to your connected Facebook Page. Depending on your settings, posts may go out after your approval or automatically.
You must give accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account. You must be at least 18 and using Voxhive for a business or professional purpose.
You keep ownership of the photos, voice notes, text and other material you send ("your content"). You grant us a licence to store, process, transcribe, adapt and publish your content for the sole purpose of providing the service, including generating and posting on your behalf.
You confirm that you own or have the right to use and publish your content, and that publishing it will not break the law or infringe anyone else's rights.
By connecting a Facebook Page, you authorise Voxhive to publish posts to that Page for you through Meta's official interfaces. You can withdraw this authorisation at any time by removing our access in your Facebook settings or by contacting us. You are responsible for the content you approve or set to publish automatically.
You agree not to use Voxhive to publish content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, hateful, infringing, or that breaches the terms of any connected platform. We may suspend or remove access if the service is misused.
Voxhive works alongside third-party services such as WhatsApp and Facebook, which are provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta, and we are not responsible for their services or any changes they make.
We work to keep Voxhive running well but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", and we may change or withdraw features.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, business or data, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Where the service is offered on a paid plan, the applicable price and billing terms will be shown to you before you subscribe. You can cancel in line with those terms.
You may stop using Voxhive at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse the service. On termination, the licence you granted us ends and we will delete your content in line with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, where changes are significant, let you know. Continuing to use Voxhive means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
